RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR
Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking administrator with excellent communication skills to join their team.
 
Responsibilities
 
This role involves general administration duties as well as back-up support and specific involvement in one of the firm’s departments.  Main responsibilities will centre around:
 
  • Office administration
  • Call-taking
  • Greeting clients
  • Reception duties
  • Out of office errands
  • Inventory management
  • Database maintenance
  • Supporting the other professionals within the team.
Qualifications
This role requires a candidate who is fluent in both English and Maltese. Proficiency in a third language will be considered an asset.
Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of A Level standard or equivalent and should have a good working knowledge of MS Office.  
 
Candidates should have excellent organisational skills; demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as possessing the skills to work with a large team in a fast paced environment.  Previous experience in a similar sector will be considered an asset.
