RUSSIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS Duties: · Provide ongoing support to customers mainly through phone contact and via email correspondence · Provide information to customers about products, tools and services · Provides support in case of technical problems · Take customer appointments Qualifications & Experience: · Ideally prior experience in banking/ financial services environments within back-office. · Ideally university graduates with knowledge of financial markets, looking for experience within the financial services industry · Interest in wanting to develop trading skills with the support of leaders in their fields (within IT, Trading and Back-Office) Skills: · Energetic and motivated · Excellent oral and writing skills (Russian and English) · Strong sense of service, enjoying customer contact and able to remain calm when faced with complex situations · Flexible working hours willing to work on a 3-shift roster.
