SALES COORDINATOR
 
Responsibilities

The person will be employed to give back end support to the customer facing personnel to ensure maximum efficacy and productivity in their endeavours, as well as free up the time they can spend in the field.
  • Invoicing
  • Co-ordinating Tracking and invoicing of Services and goods, in liaison with all other departments
  • Updating of reports and databases as requested
  • Coordination of processes within the sales cycle, from prospecting till after-sales and maintenance services
  • Preparation of documents required
  • Dealing with Customers as necessary
  • Dealing with suppliers as necessary
  • Handling shipping and courier services, ensuring timely delivery and installation of goods as well as the provision of ancillary services.
  • Any relevant tasks as may be required
  • Any tasks as may be required of comparable difficulty or complexity
  • Research (suppliers etc)
  • General Office administration tasks as required
 
Requirements
  • Needs to be able to speak and write English very well – he/she will be an ambassador of the company.
  • Experience in a post within the same industry and involving the same tasks
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Team-player but also capable of working on own initiative
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Highly organised, able to handle several tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Able to prioritize, plan ahead.
  • Good time management.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
