SALES EXECUTIVE
 
Our Customer, a leading company in the supply and installation of medical and scientific laboratory equipment as well as the provision of related services, is looking for a Sales Executive to work in the Medical Sector.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure that sales and revenue growth targets are achieved
  • Be spearheading the development of new business within the company
  • Aiming in better overall efficiency and profitability
  • Promoting the organization’s strategic goals via liaising and developing a rapport with existing as well as new clients.
  • You will perform needs analysis, design custom solutions where required and consult customers on technical matters to generate revenue growth and maximise sales. The selected candidate will need to follow through the implementation of the business solutions and liaise with the internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and an unmatched customer experience. Responsibilities will include generating leads, preparing quotations and managing the accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the organization. You will be inspecting the sales process quality and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • In this role you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, customer retention and the group’s revenue growth through managing and developing existing and potential business customers, ensuring that customers’ requirements and expectations are met by providing excellent customer support and thorough follow up.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proven Track record in Sales, ideally within Medical environment/industry
  • Needs to be able to speak and write Maltese and English well – he/she will be an ambassador of the company
  • B.Sc. or B.Pharm would be an asset
  • Comfortable with handling many projects at the same time
  • Used to working with Key Account Manager Approach
  • Maltese and English speaker
  • Availability to travel
