A vacancy has arisen for the post of Accountant to form part of a dynamic and motivated accounts division. Reporting to and directly assisting the Group Financial Controller, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for: · The preparation of monthly management accounts for a number of individual entities and also on a consolidated basis · Ad hoc financial reporting · The preparation of cash flow forecasts · Assistance with the compilation of annual financial budgets · Dealing with matters relating to direct taxation and VAT This post calls for a reliable and conscientious individual with an eye for detail and with a sound degree of knowledge and experience in the above areas. The ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines is important as is a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computerised accounting packages. The post would suit a CPA warrant holder with a minimum of 4 years' post-warrant experience.
