Senior .Net Developer

We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Developer to join the Software Development team. The individual will be working on medium to large software projects, both for local and international clients.
 Minimum requirements
  • First Class or Second Upper Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • 5 years experience with .NET
 Job Purpose
  • Analyse requirements
  • Analyse problems, design and implement solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of existing applications
  • Attend to support calls
  • Mentor junior members of the team
 Knowledge required

Candidates should have good knowledge in most of these technologies:
  • ASP.NET programming and C# programming language
  • XML, HTML, CSS stylesheets, XML schemas and XML transformation
  • Windows Communication Foundation and the Entity Framework
  • Database programming
  • SQL Server and T-SQL
  • SQL Server Integration Services
  • SQL Server Analysis Services
  • Windows Presentation Framework
  • SQL Server Reporting Services
 Skills required
  •  Solid time-management and communication skills
  • Ability to work with different cultures
  • Logical thinking
  • Methodical and attention to detail 
Experience
  • Participating in software development projects, with a leading role in the development of web  applications using web services and ASP.NET
  • Work experience in banking environments would be considered an asset
  
Languages
Fluency in English is a must. A good knowledge of the German language will be considered an asset.
Candidates may be expected to undergo work sample and psychometric testing.
