Job Details:
Main responsibilities include;
 
· Developing department business plan and budgets.
· Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
· Ensuring that all department resources and assets are used efficiently.
· Ensuring that beverage dispense equipment is installed and maintained according to the Company’s Quality, Food Safety and EHS standards.
· Ensuring that service interventions are performed in a timely and professional manner.
· Managing the repair and service of the company’s commercial and private vehicle fleet.
 
The successful candidate will possess strong managerial skills and leadership qualities with the ability to supervise cross functional teams. He/she must be highly organised in order to accomplish work within required timelines and have the ability to communicate effectively in Maltese and English.
 
Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and previous experience of leading teams will be preferred.
