Position
Reporting to the Global Education Manager, the Site Trainer is responsible to develop and deliver key training courses for the assigned site, as well as for global distribution, as needed.
The Site Trainer is the primary facilitator of general knowledge transfer within the team and will proactively identify training requirements for the team.  This person is responsible for delivering a wide variety of trainings (orientation, soft skills, general work skills – time and case management, and tools and applications) to site employees. In addition, this person is responsible for developing training in support of site and global needs following a systematic training development model similar to ADDIE or SAM.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop and deliver soft skills, basic work and technical skills, HR and security, SPARKS administration and orientation trainings for new employees at the company
Provide refresher trainings, formal job-specific trainings and improvement sessions for current employees
Assess and identify training needs
Plan and organize different sessions and trainings
Design and update training materials
Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered sessions
Report performed trainings to Site Manager and Global Education Manager
Communicate with Coaches, Team Leads, Mentors and team members regarding training initiatives
Remain well versed in help desk policies, procedures, standards and documentation
Drive knowledge sharing within the site teams
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
Comply with specific and / or ad-hoc tasks
Assist and support employees in the development for each position
In case of external trainings –coordinate the delivery of training courses

Education and Experience
Previous experience in a technical support environment
Previous experience in developing and delivering training in a corporate environment
Previous instructional design training experience will be considered as an advantage
