Job Details:
Our client, a multinational and well established e-payments provider, is seeking to recruit an Account Manager for the Spanish market.

Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with the Sales and IT departments
  • Attract and integrate new customers with the company
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
  • You will act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Ensure the highest quality on the service and support provided to the customers
  • Liaise with the IT department to accomplish a successful implementation of the service
  • Meeting with clients on a regular basis in order to review performance, upgrade and/or update the service, and monitoring the trends.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role within e-commerce, PSP, Financial companies.
  • Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of IT
  • Used to working under pressure, within fast paced and changing environments
  • Think out of the box to find solutions and new opportunities of business
  • Very good communication skills
  • Spanish native and impeccable level of English both written and spoken
