SUPPORT PROGRAMMER Our client is looking for a Support Programmer to join their growing team. The duties for this role will comprise of supporting existing clients, developing new added functionalities, documentation, quality testing, implementations and training users. The selected candidate is expected to have some programming experience to grasp the propriety language of KCML. Duties: · Forming part of the MIS team & providing a second level of Support. · Keep abreast with the MS (Manufacturer Systems) specific solutions available · Testing of systems and programs · Make recommendations as to which Product/s to install · Co-ordinate the process between our Sales, Technical and Support teams to put solution/s on the market · Data conversion/s · Implementation of application software on the client's end · Training to users both internal (ADP) and external · Documenting programs and other system changes on SharePoint portal. · Reporting using latest tools and technology · Handle first level of Support when required to do so. · Carry out development in KCML , maintenance and query database's files using the latest technology · Report to the Directors or whomever they delegate in their stead If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Kristen Schembri on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information. |
