Our client, a start up Outsourcing services company which will be focused on the Swedish Market,  is seeking to recruit a Swedish Call Centre Manager. They are looking to recruit for an initial 12 month contract with the potential of turning it into a permanent position depending on candidate’s performance. IN SOUTHERN SPAIN!!!

The candidate will work closely with the CEO to build the business from the ground up and help in the day to day management of the company and its operational sustainability. The manager will have the overall responsibility for the call centre’s goals, processes and results. Furthermore, the successful candidate will hold the following responsibilities:
 
  • Business development and client on-boarding
  • Recruit, train, coach and supervise agents at the very early stages of the business
  • Manage, lead and motivate teams
  • Management of agents with KPI's and SLA criteria
  • Devise and manage sales plans and targets
  • Drive the sales process in order to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for the creation of weekly performance reports
  • Responsible for assessing sales performance and reviewing agent performance and taking action accordingly
  • Generate efficient business processes and work flows and optimize obsolete ones
 
Requirements
  • We are looking for a highly experienced call / contact center manager or director with a strong track record and between 5 – 7 years of experience in the Swedish call / contact center industry, and someone who is willing to relocate to southern Spain.
  • The successful candidate must possess an entrepreneurial mind-set and have a strong desire to create a lasting impact.
  • Native Swedish Speaker (Mandatory)
  • Fluent in both written and Spoken English
  • Previous exposure to clients and strong client relationships that are transferable to the new business
  • Strong experience in training and coaching agents, managing projects and managing teams around projects (at least 2 years of training experience)
  • Strong experience in sales (at least 2 years of sales experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent relevant business experience
  • Needs to have an excellent set of communication, interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong understanding of call / contact center metrics (KPI) and SLA’s
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting data to manage the team performance
  • Very goal oriented individual and is comfortable with making business decisions based on KPI’s
  • A good grounding in accounting and financial planning
  • Strong Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience required
