Responsibilities:
 
  • Design and develop quality internal tools to assist the various departments
  • Design and develop reliable customer facing applications
  • Assist and manage vendors in integration projects
  • Maintain and evolve existing infrastructure
  •  
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications / skills:
 
  • A University Degree in Information Technology. Preferably in Computer Science.
  • A strong team player, committed to achieving results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Practical experience in Java and the various Spring framework projects.
  • Understand and practise Unit and Integration testing.
  • Good SQL knowledge. Experience with MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL is an asset.
  • Scripting skills (mainly BASH scripting).
  • Unix experience (in particular strong grasp of the various Unix/Linux utilities).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in developing and deploying customer facing applications.
