Job Details:
Responsibilities:
· Drafting of letters
· Drafting of resolutions
· Drafting other standard documents that the department may require
· Drafting of invoices
· Assist with the administration of projects across the department
· Assist the companies’ staff and clients with internet banking requests
· Assist with incoming and outgoing logging and distribution of mail and couriers
· Act as back-up of the receptionist in case of absence
 
Requirements:
· Fluent in English both spoken and written;
· Use of websites / internet banking
· Quick leaner
· Previous relevant work experience is an asset
· Reports to the Manager of the Department and the Director
