Job Details:
Responsibilities: • Preparation of board resolutions; • Preparation of shareholder resolutions; • Preparation of corporate documents; • Preparation of offering documents; • Correspondence with client’s regulator; • Taking care of corporate documentation and client correspondence in general; • Preparation of board meetings (documentation), attendance and minute-taking as and when required; • Maintain contact with client and client advisors; • Assisting in the day-to-day work as directed by Deputy Manager / Manager / Director of the Department from time to time; • Reviewing of work prepared by junior staff, as well as mentoring and supervising them in their daily responsibilities; Requirements: • Law Degree • Fluent in English both spoken and written; • Quick leaner, enquiring disposition, team spirit, being able to teach and pass on information • Reports to the Manager of the Department and the Director • Around 3-4 years experience in the field of corporate governance.
