Reporting to: Pensions Administration Manager Summary of Role: · Leading a team of administrators and assistant administrators · Communicate with the staff members across departments, IFA’s and client · Complying to internal and external rules and regulations · Ensure the welfare of staff and conduct annual objectives and appraisals · Ensure that you keep up to date by adequate training in Pension Administration · Ensure the department maintains a high level of service to its clients · Assist the Pensions Administration Manager and the Pensions Administration Director. Primary Responsibilities: · Establish initial administration procedures and maintain office administration in conjunction with the Pensions Administration Manager · Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface · Execution of client transactions · Dealing with ad hoc requests · Maintain client data within a primary management information system · Preparation of correspondence with clients and their advisors · Ensuring the statutory records are accurate and full audit trail maintained · Liaise with intermediary, client and transferring trustee/investment managers whilst transfer proceedings · Provide regular valuations to clients · Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions · Preparation of minutes, and ancillary document · Production and submission of government returns · Regulatory reporting requirements Core Competencies: · Numerate · Literate · Computer Literate and proficient in the use of MS Applications · Ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels Knowledge and Skills: · Educated with either a Diploma or Degree Level in Financial services · Good spoken English and Mathematics at O Level Standard or higher 2 years Experience and knowledge on QROPS · Ability to identify risks associated with client transactions · Familiar with the main office productivity software · Experience of office environment · Attention to detail · Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines Key Interfaces: · Management Peer group within the department · Staff within line management responsibilities · Central Services · Compliance Officer · Clients · Bankers · Investment, Legal and Tax Advisers · Company Agents If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Donna Bonello on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information. |
