Job Details:
Principally focusing on onsite and remote installations for contracted project work for customers implementing software applications; primarily ERP/EAM, Financial and HCM applications. The role The role entails carrying out requirements analysis, server architectural designs, installations and user training. This can include tasks such as hardware, OS, and application delivery, installation configuration, and setup, as well as occasional pre-sales work such as the delivery of application demonstrations and supporting clients post project implementation. He/she may also be required to perform analysis, functional, and technical work of varying complexity to ensure successful implementations. The selected candidate will work with internal and external resources, Business Consultants, to resolve system and product related issues, escalating issues within and beyond the team as needed. He/she will be required as needed to complete installation guides, site readiness and/or quality assurance checklists, and site reports, as well as document configuration to ensure a successful customer transition and support experience. The candidate we are looking for should: · Handle ERP/EAM, Financial and HCM Software application installation, configuration and support · Have knowledge on Virtual environment setups and manage the company’s internal Virtual Server setup used to manage our projects · Troubleshoot and document application and configuration issues for internal and external customers; · Perform testing with customers on new functionality and custom modifications related to specific project deliverables · Configure Server and storage hardware · Install, configure and support Operating system in physical and virtual enterprise environments; · Implement technical support for hardware, software and network issues, which need resolution in the course of onsite or offsite installations Experience with the following are highly desired: · Advanced SQL Server experience a plus (troubleshooting, query design, index optimization & high availability solutions, SSRS experience a plus) · Experience with scripting & automation technologies · Mobile and Tablet technologies · Java / SQL Server / VBA skills If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Krista Psaila on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information.
