The basic tasks of the employee: · Conducting a outgoing and incoming phone calls - cash loan proposal · Responsibility for sales targets · Building up and maintaining a good relationships with clients · Building up a positive image of the Bank in the market and creating brand awareness Required qualifications (education, knowledge, skills) and experience: · Education – graduated min. high school · Experienced in telemarketing sales (at least one year in the department of telemarketing of financial institution) · Skills to establish good relationships with clients · Independent and systematic in action · Basic Knowledge of computer · Engagement · Availability · Another advantage is experience in selling banking products and services.
