This position is for a period of one year
 
Key responsibilities:
 
General office administration such as:
 
·         Photocopying;
·         Data inputting;
·         Scanning;
·         Answering phone calls;
·         Sorting incoming & outgoing mail;
·         Ad hoc responsibilities.
 
 
Required skills and experience:
 
·         Previous administration experience.
·         A minimum A-Level education (preference will be given to graduates)
·         Good level of written and spoken Maltese & English
·         IT Literate
·         Smart
·         Good organisational skills
