Job Details:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various activities in relation to the marketing of our client’s main brand.
 
Main Responsibilities include:
 
• Development of the brand marketing programmes targeting different channels of the market.
• Creating trade marketing strategies to increase brand presence, weighted and numeric distribution and market share.
• To prepare promotional activity plans with the support of the Head of Marketing, in line with the brand guidelines.
• Ensuring that activation teams have all the required tools and training to succeed in the market and champion the brand principles.
• To plan key account promotional activity planners.
• Conceptualise and develop point of sale material in line with the brand guidelines.
• Present to Head of Marketing post activity review and learning collation.
 
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven managerial track record, within FMCG sector. S/he will prove capable in keeping up to date with industry knowledge and have the ability to manage a team and projects under strict deadlines. The candidate should hold a degree in a related subject with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a sound appreciation of various marketing formats and is confident in dealing with multiple brands concurrently.
