WEB / GRAPHIC DESIGNER The Web/Graphic designer will be employed with the marketing segment of the company and will be responsible for the design of digital and print collateral for all the Group’s subsidiaries and the Group itself. S/he must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, acting as a brand champion and ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to internally and externally. S/he must possess a unique blend of creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Responsibilities: · Work on all design aspects of projects from creation to final artwork within the stipulated timeframes · Design, create and execute offline marketing collateral and business stationery for the group and its subsidiaries · Support in the creative input and execution of all the Group and subsidiaries websites keeping in line with the defined branding, ensuring all websites are refreshed and maintained with creative elements and features that are engaging to our audiences and abreast with industry standards · Work within and support the marketing team in the creation of creative and engaging email campaigns · Co-ordinate the design and brand execution for any new branding initiatives · Lead as brand champion for the company brand ensuring that guidelines are adhered to internally and externally and keep brand guidelines up to date · Support internal communications by creating and implementing guidelines and templates to using Word and PPT templates, allowing teams to become more self sufficient · Maintain an internal common repository ensuring that the latest marketing material is available to the rest of the employees · Help in providing input to the selection of usable images and photographs for use in online and offline communications, ensuring that the right images are chosen for the correct form of communication and message to be conveyed · Feed the marketing team and guide the rest of the Group with innovative design material that could be used · Support the marketing team in third party relationships. Requirements: · Strong work ethics · Strong design flair · Ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues · Ability to collaborate with other teams and departments · Self-reliant with ability to seek out opportunities · Organised and meticulous Education & Qualification: · At least 3 years experience as a web designer · Solid background of print/graphic design · Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Wordpress · Knowledge of CSS and HTML will be considered an asset · Knowledge of social media and basic SEO will also be considered an asset If you are interested or know of someone that could be, kindly forward your CV in a word format to Krista Psaila on [email protected] or call on +356 27 204 518 for further information.
